Attention in use:
1.

Make sure the top of the piston rod to touch the surface of
the mold completely. Refuse to
lengthen the piston rod by joining for use. If not, it will
reduce the service life or to damage
the nitrogen gas spring.
3.
The nitrogen gas spring cannot withstand any leaning force.
If not, it will reduce the service life or
to damage the nitrogen gas spring.
4.
Make sure the nitrogen gas spring’s piston has the parallel
moving direction when it is
compressed and keep the piston rod being at the free motion
condition. If not, it will reduce the
service life or to damage the nitrogen gas spring.
5.
In order to make sure the trouble-free work, suggest keeping
the 10% or 3mm of traveling length
not to be used.
6.
Make sure not to surpass the biggest charging pressure under
20 ℃. If not, it will have the unsafe
hidden danger.
7.
The operating temperature of the nitrogen gas springs is
from 0 ℃ to +80
℃. If it’s over 80
℃
when it’s working, the cooling way should been taken. When
it’s cooled to under 80 ℃, then it
can be used continuously. If not, it will reduce the service
life or to damage the nitrogen gas
spring.

The biggest movement frequency of the nitrogen gas spring is
2/sec. If surpass this frequency, it
will reduce the service life largely.
9.
To use liquid lubricant on the piston rod is not allowed. If
used, the nitrogen gas spring
maybe crack when it’s working. You could brush a few of the
fat lubricant when to
use the nitrogen gas spring first time.
10. When the velocity of the piston rod is smaller than 800
mm/sec. and the working frequency of the
piston rod is under 2 times /sec., the life time of running
length of the piston rod is over 100
kilometer.
11. Any person hasn’t trained or without the knowledge of
the springs doesn’t open and maintain
the nitrogen gas springs. It will cause the personal safety
question if open the nitrogen gas
spring at random.
12. Keep the piston rod of the charged nitrogen spring not
to face to the operators when
transporting, installing and servicing. It can prevent the
accidental personal safety problem.
13. The lubricant used in the nitrogen gas spring’s cavity
and the fat lubricant used on the piston
rod must be provided by our company. If not, it will have
the unsafe hidden danger.
14. The surface of the piston rod was processed by the
precision sizing and special surface
treatment. You should avoid the piston rod’s surface to meet
the impacts and scratches when
transporting and using. If not, it will shorten its life
time and will be damaged.
15. The service life is bigger than 1,000,000 times under
the normal work condition.
16. When the nitrogen gas spring will be idle for a long
time, the surface must be brushed the
rust-preventing agent for against corrosion.
