The nitrogen gas springs can be formed one or more systems. In one circular system, all the nitrogen gas springs have the same pressure. When several different systems are used at the same time, the pressure of each circular system can be same or not. Also they can be adjusted according to the needed pressure and to get the most satisfactory effect in use. The nitrogen gas springs’ hose system is formed by the nitrogen gas springs, the connecting adapters, the hoses, the connecting panel, the control panel and mount parts.

The hoses, the connecting adapters, the mount parts and so on provided by our company can be sure the systems meet the high standards required. Each kind of different parts have been carried on the strict experiments, including tightness experiment which carries on the assemblies and disassemblies repeatedly many times, static airproof pressure testing, secure experiment and so on.

The max dynamic working pressure of the systems reach 32MPa.
